e're excited to bring all these amazing companies that have spent years perfecting there craft which stems from many of their own beautiful stories.

We are proud to say that we have personally met and discussed our core values with each of our partners.

We were fortunate enough to have found like minded individuals and companies who believe in the quality of food and the importance in how it's made.

Valentine is specialty coffee roasted in small batches by people who care. The “specialty” part means we only choose to roast top-tier, rigorously-graded, traceable coffees.

Valentine sources coffee from a dozen specific geographical regions from 4 continents around the globe. The effects of soil, weather, altitude, and agricultural practices result in variation of bean density, water retention, and chemical composition. Moreover, the methods of processing, drying, and sorting each render coffee unique to its specific home, its source, or “origin.”

Through responsible, transparent sourcing practices, Valentine supports our farmers’ families and communities. Valentine Coffee is found locally in Milwaukee, WI.

In 2008, Mary Burgdorff purchased Molly’s Gluten-Free Bakery in Pewaukee, WI as a way to help those who struggle with a gluten-free diet. Inspired by her son, who was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 1997, she knows how difficult it is to find good gluten-free breads and other bakery items. “Molly’s” Bakery, affectionately named after a little girl with Celiac disease, was purchased from Bill Hansen (life-long baker and grandfather of Molly).

For the past four years, Mary’s made the bakery her own by living out her mission to make each person who deals with Celiac disease feel normal with every gluten-free item she bakes. She prides herself in gluten-free products that look great, and taste great. Why? Because they should. Dinner time shouldn’t mean feeling like the only one with a plate of different food. School lunches should still include your favorite PB&J. And a happy birthday should include a delicious cake.

Rishi Tea was founded on the commitment to set the standard for quality and expand the awareness of tea and its rich, inspirational tradition. We offer superb tea and botanicals imported directly from gardens across the world.

We believe that organic certified teas and herbs, grown without the use of agrochemicals like pesticides and fertilizers, are generally healthier for the environment, farmers and tea drinkers alike.

We are a Direct Trade importer of organic teas and botanicals from the very best sources. Our Direct Trade is founded upon long-standing, personal relationships with growers who cultivate ecologically sustainable gardens in remote locations around the world.

Tea was originally a food and medicine long before it became a steeped beverage. It is only natural that our tea practice draws inspiration from numerous disciplines, including third wave coffee; cocktail mixology, sommeliers’ oenology; botanical apothecary; and the traditional culinary arts from global food cultures.
